Over the course of the next four months, clients and the market at large can expect to see more exciting marketing, brand and go-to-market offer announcements that will change the organizational strategy and vision for the future.
The new logo should be no big surprise to clients, as a .ai has simply been added to the standard company name and font. This is an important move for SmartOne.ai whose foundations started in the contact centre and BPO business. Over the course of the past twelve years, SmartOne.ai has undergone continuous transformation with its founders Habib Hassim and Shahysta Hassim at the helm. Recognized as young, ambitious entrepreneurs, focused on people (their team and clients) first, they have opportunistically grown the success of the business through courageous resourcefulness. From contact centre to workforce as a service to data and now in AI data, consulting and technology, one of the most progressive industries in the world. The addition of .ai to the name and logo is no small statement.
Just over a year ago, Shahysta and Habib, moved to Montreal, leaving Madagascar where the company’s largest entity is still established and is core to SmartOne.ai’s data services delivery. SmartOne.ai is now headquartered in Quebec, specifically within the MILA, the heart of the Canadian AI ecosystem. The past 6 months have been heavily invested in strategic planning, R&D and development of new service offers that will support both new and existing clients.
