Job Description: We’re looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join our Sales team, supporting our growth in North America. Key account Managers serve as the primary contact for strategically important large customer accounts, representing the entire range of SmartOne services. They have expertise in the customers’ industry, the customers’ business goals and coordinate the SmartOne’s resources to ensure the customers’ needs and expectations are met.

Level: Entry / Junior
Reports to: VP of Sales
Location: Can be remote in North America (HQ in Montreal, Canada)
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Establish productive working relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Design sales strategies in line with SmartOne's ambitions.
- Hunt new opportunities within assigned accounts to feed the sales pipeline.
- Execute the partnership and sales strategies for SmartOne products with existing customers.
- Proactively leads a joint cross-company strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance goals, financial targets and milestones.
- Monitor client projects. Ensure that clients receive all deliverables on time and at the required quality level. Develop proactive strategies to detect any customer dissatisfaction and propose corrective actions.

What is Required
- 3+ years of B2B business development, consulting, or technology sales experience.
- Languages: English and French (Bonus).
